NIVEA FOR MEN - ACTIVE 3


NIVEA FOR MEN have it going! They are truly one of the leading male brands at this point. Many people feel that the ACTIVE 3 product is disgusting and doesn't serve any purpose, but personally i find that it is one of the most original product yet, that actually DOES meet the needs of the target audience.

Men want products that don't confuse them! I know so many guys that use the line, 'Shower, Shampoo, Shave and Brush', and NIVEA played on this need of the target audience. This product is perfect, it's a 3-in-1 product that works as shampoo, shaving cream and shower gel.. What more could a guy ask for? (Apart for the toothpaste factor) It gives men what they want and makes life just a little easier for them.

NIVEA FOR MEN is doing it right :) *10 points*

SOLO IGNITE

One of the best campaigns that I have seen over the past week, has to be the SOLO IGNITE campaign. These adverts are insane! They speak directly to the market in a very quirky, fun yet current way. It caught my attention the first time I saw them and I crave to watch their new ads :)

For those that haven't seen them yet.. SOLO IGNITE has come up with a concept where a girl and a guy are chatting over the internet (in a series of adverts), and the guy always brings up the fact that he has SOLO IGNITE. The girl asks him about it, and he tells her about it's smell and how it is so capivating, *flirt flirt*. Moral of the story, he gets the girl :)

*High five* SOLO, a job well done!!
